You have not been replaced by AI.
You are the person who brings it inside the company. You don't sell licences: you bring an SME a private operating system — agents, workspace, content, touchpoints, custom developments. You stay the face on the ground. We stay the factory.
Application · Selection call · Your first two projects delivered together with our team
Demand didn't disappear.
SMEs need someone to help them with technology more than ever. What collapsed is the market value of what you used to deliver.
The showcase website, the product sheet, the optimised article, the e-commerce template. Today a model produces them in thirty seconds. They will never be worth what they were worth.
You know the entrepreneur, you know how the company works, you know where it loses time, and they pick up the phone. That asset takes years and no model can replicate it.
We have a sovereign AI platform, hosted in Switzerland and Europe, that SMEs want. But we cannot be inside a thousand companies at once understanding how they work. You can.
To the client you are the Original Partner.
You walk into the company, map the processes, find where time is lost and where an agent can take over repetitive work. It's consulting, and it's the part clients pay for most willingly.
Workspace, agents, knowledge base, Voices and website; CRM, ERP, calendar, e-mail. Not a line of code: the platform is already built, you shape it around the company.
Project management of the go-live with our team, training for the owner and the staff, periodic check-ins. You stay the company's reference, and the relationship stays yours.
«I'm not selling you a chatbot. I'm leaving you a working environment where your data stays in Switzerland, Dana prepares your days, and agents handle what you do by hand today. I stay your reference. Original runs the platform.»
Every project breaks down into three functions. You can cover one, two or all three: what you're recognised for follows what you actually did, not the title you hold.
You find the client, run the first meeting, gather the needs and win the project. If you close it together with us, it's split.
You coordinate the project: planning, resources, quality and timing. It's the part almost every partner keeps, because that's where the relationship with the owner lives.
You configure the platform, integrate the systems, train the users. At the start we do it with you in the cockpit; then you take it over on the scopes you trained for.
Percentages, recurring recognition and payment terms are in the document we send after your application and the introductory call. We prefer to explain them out loud, with your clients in front of us, rather than leaving you a table to interpret alone.
Two roles,
No ladder of levels is needed: what you're recognised for follows the function you perform. There are two qualifications, and you can hold both — which is when the project is entirely yours, from the first call to go-live.
The first group joins as Founding Partners. On your first two projects, mandatorily in co-delivery, our team shadows you without keeping its own project-management share: it stays with you. Plus: visibility in the directory, first refusal on your vertical and a direct channel to management. Between 8 and 15 seats.
Four steps, in this order. We put no dates next to any of them: they depend on your portfolio and your first client, and a deadline we cannot control would only be a promise we hand you with the bill.
You fill in the form below, then half an hour on a call with an Original lead. We want to understand which clients you have, two typical clients you would work on and whether you're available for co-delivery — not your revenue. This is where we decide who joins.
One live day or two half days: what Original is, how to run discovery in an SME, how to configure three agents and a knowledge base, how to sell without talking about models, rules of engagement and first deal. You leave with your demo environment live. From there, updates and specialisations are included.
You bring them, you run them, and our team backs you up without appearing in front of the client. It's mandatory, and it protects your name as much as ours.
You start working without shadowing on the scopes you can cover, and the clients you follow stay yours as long as you follow them. It's the part project work never gave you.
A partnership programme is judged on this list. If it's short, you sign up and disappear.
It's not
We'd rather say it now than after the interview.
Five minutes. We answer everyone, even when the answer is no. If we move forward, we talk for half an hour and then send you the full document, with the economic model in detail.
No. The platform is configured, not developed. What you need is the ability to read a company's processes and manage a project: if you've delivered e-commerce or complex sites, you already think the right way.
The recommended setup is that Original Land invoices: it signs the contract, issues the invoices, collects and takes the credit risk. You issue a single invoice, to us. It's not mandatory: if you prefer to invoice your client directly you can, on the same terms — in that case we invoice you for the part we delivered.
The relationship is yours and it's recognised for as long as you hold it. In the recommended setup the contract is with Original Land: that's what removes your bad-debt risk and guarantees a price list nobody can undercut. We don't make proposals to your client without involving you, and the same goes the other way.
In the introductory call, and in the full document we send right after. There you'll find percentages per function, recurring recognition, payment terms and rules of engagement, written out in full. We don't put them on a public page because out of context they read badly.
The application and the call cost nothing. The entry course day has a participation fee covering hard costs — room and lunch — and it filters out people who only sign up for free AI training. We tell you in the call, along with everything else. Later updates and specialisations are included.
No exclusivity without results, for a precise reason: exclusives lock a territory to a partner who may stop producing. Whoever holds a recognised specialisation gets first refusal on leads from their area or vertical.
The project can be transferred to Original Land or to another partner, and the recurring recognition with it. It's the counterpart of the fact that the recognition arrives without you having to resell anything: it's paid for care, not seniority.
